Madison is one of the two newest wolves. Him and his brother Teton are the only grey wolves in the pack. They came from the an Idahoe facility. Madison is a gorgeous example of a wolf, with a very sharp, almost chiseled face and long lanky legs. The Brothers have had somewhat of a difficult time entering our facility...the rest of the pack are arctic wolves, which compared to their lighter, lankier grey wolf cousins...are a lot like the comparison of a polar bear to a grizzly bear. There just isn't much contest. Too boot...both Madison and Teton had their fang's pulled at their prior facility, and basically are reduced to tucking and running, when their packmates come looking for someone to beat up on. Madison has a gentle demeanor, and seems a bit slower at times. The 'Slow Wolf' if you will...however, he's very nice and has beautiful green eyes. He is lowest on the pack status, and must constantly be on his guard. We wish there was something we could do for Madison, nobody likes to see him getting beaten up...but it's just the way of the pack. There is always someone at the bottom, and the bottom can be a rough place to be. However, we are very fond of Madison, and he doesn't lack from attention. |
